Do I need to download anything?

No. If you have WhatsApp on your phone, you're set. Save our number, send a message, you're a customer. Nothing to install, no account to create.

How do I tell you what I need?

Type it like a normal message in plain English. Or send a photo: last week's receipt, a handwritten list. We read both. Voice notes are coming next.

How do I pay?

One pay link in the chat. Bank transfer, debit card. We confirm the payment automatically — no "kindly send screenshot" needed.

How long does delivery take?

45 to 60 minutes inside an active constituency. Because we only operate where rider density is high, we don't quote a 2-hour window and miss it.

Where do you deliver right now?

We are building constituency by constituency across Nigeria. Join the waitlist with your number and we'll message you the day we open yours.

What if the produce isn't fresh?

Message us in the same WhatsApp thread and our support team will handle it properly. Refunds will be activated where necessary.

Is there a price markup?

Yes — a 10 to 15% sourcing fee plus a flat delivery fee. We show you the itemised basket before you pay. No hidden line items.
